Care for every part of the day
Flexible options to fit around your work schedule. All programmes include supervision by police-vetted staff and are MSD accredited.
Before School Care
7:00am – 8:15am · Monday to Friday (term time)
Start the day right with a warm breakfast and supervised play before school begins. Children are walked safely to their classrooms when the bell rings.
Per day
- Full breakfast provided — cereal, toast, spreads, fruit, hot chocolate
- Supervised indoor and outdoor play
- Safe walk to classrooms when school starts
After School Care
3:00pm – 6:00pm · Monday to Friday (term time)
A warm, fun space for children to unwind after school. Our staff personally collect under-7s and new children from their classrooms. Older kids walk straight over. They enjoy afternoon snacks, playground time, board games, toys, and movies.
Full session (3:00–6:00pm)
Half session (3:00–4:30pm)
- Afternoon snack — fruit, biscuits, popcorn, or chips
- Huge playground with monkey bars and climbing equipment
- Board games, toys, dolls, and arts & crafts
- TV room with shows and movies
- Staff collect younger children from classrooms daily
Holiday Programme
7:30am – 6:00pm · School holidays
Action-packed school holiday fun with themed days, exciting trips, and creative activities. Open to children from any school in the wider West Auckland area. Every day is different — from movie trips and bowling to cooking days and arts & crafts.
Per day (varies by activity)
- Themed activity days — cooking, baking, arts & crafts, karaoke, dancing
- Exciting trips — movies, bowling, trampoline parks, farm visits
- Outdoor adventures — park picnics, nature walks, sports days
- Creative sessions — pot planting, story telling, music, singing
- New programme released each holiday break
Good to know
- •Regular rates apply when you've booked the same type of session at least once per week for 3 consecutive weeks.
- •Casual rates apply to all other bookings.
- •Casual sessions require immediate payment at time of booking.
- •Holiday programme pricing varies by activity — in-house days are less, trip days are more.
- •Holiday programme invoices must be paid before the programme starts.

OSCAR Subsidy
Help with childcare costs
We're an approved OSCAR provider. Eligible families can receive government subsidies that significantly reduce your fees.
How the OSCAR subsidy works
The Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) subsidy is provided by Work and Income New Zealand to help eligible families with childcare costs. It can cover up to 20 hours per week during term time and up to 50 hours per week during school holidays.
The amount you receive depends on your family circumstances. Some families pay as little as $2 per day after the subsidy is applied.
How to apply
- Contact Work and Income to check your eligibility
- Fill in the OSCAR subsidy application form
- Bring the form to us — we'll complete our section and submit it for you
- Work and Income will process your application and let you know the outcome
We help with the paperwork.Just ask us when you enrol and we'll guide you through the process. We can also remind you when your subsidy needs renewing.
